Brent Lazarenko founded Virtuosity in 2009 and since then, he has built and shaped a global technology services company known for innovation, thought leadership, big ideas, and strong execution. He holds an exceptional track record of cross-functional leadership in shaping corporate initiatives and scaling technology companies & product lines.
Brent brings 20+ years of progressive technology and business leadership experience in both Fortune 50 organizations and startups.
Brent earned a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Washington. He was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, married and now enjoys his two kids and home in Seattle, WA.
Chris Fuller joined Virtuosity Consulting Group in May 2015 as a Managing Partner, focusing primarily on new business initiatives and client and consultant management.
Chris brings close to 30 years of professional experience, leadership and results across the technology, financial services, retail and advertising industries, and has established a reputation for building and sustaining relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Chris graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and lives in Bellevue, WA with his wife and three daughters.
Lauren Goldstein is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with 25 years of experience driving growth and delivering customer success to some of the world’s most respected and innovative companies, including Adobe, Airbnb, Alteryx, American Express, GE, Google, HP, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Salesforce.com and Tableau. In her role as Chief Revenue Officer at ANNUITAS, a demand marketing and business growth services firm, Lauren helps transform enterprise organizations through building sustainable revenue growth and sustainable brands. This expertise has also yielded triple-digit growth to ANNUITAS over the past three years.
Lauren’s experience includes insights-driven marketing, account-based sales and marketing, marketing automation strategy and execution, sales and marketing alignment and business growth strategies for new logo acquisition and customer value expansion. Additionally, Lauren has two decades of experience building out partner sales channels with enterprise-class marketing technology organizations like Adobe and Oracle.
As a co-founder of Women in Revenue, a 501c3 organization, Lauren is proud to help empower current and future women leaders in technology sales and marketing roles with education, mentorship, and networking opportunities. She is also a frequent speaker at digital and growth marketing industry events.
Jennifer Heard is an accomplished leader with over 30 years leading all facets of global sales within the IT sector. She currently serves as Senior Vice President for Cloud Alliances at Turbonomic, a leading application resource management, automation platform for simultaneously optimizing performance, compliance and cost.
Since joining Turbonomic, she has built a strong cloud alliance with Microsoft and AWS, allowing them to scale business through new channels.
She also spent 22 years at Microsoft as their Worldwide VP for Corporate Accounts and Partner Sales where she led the team to deliver consistent double digit growth, while transforming the ecosystem and shifting 40% of revenue through new cloud business. During her time at Microsoft, she was a 12-time Top Performing Sales Leader.
Her passion for diversity and inclusion has also been recognized across many organizations; in 2010 as the Most Influential Women in Texas, across multiple years recognized by CRN’s Top Most Powerful Women in the Channel and most recently appointed to Microsoft’s Women Executives Channel Advisory Board.
Jerome Hewlett is a respected senior leader, advisor and operating executive with over 30 years of creating and executing strategic business plans domestically and internationally. Jerome is a trusted advisor to startup companies and sits on numerous boards.
As Head of Business Development for Intellectual Ventures, Jerome is the operating executive for Invention Science Fund (ISF), managing the fund’s infrastructure, process, and technology, and playing the lead role in business development and client relations. Prior to joining ISF, Jerome was Global Head of Operations for Intellectual Ventures Invention Development Fund (IDF), where he managed the company’s international infrastructure, technology and human resources. Jerome has served as a former Senior Vice President of Operations at Countrywide Securities Corp located in California, responsible for the operational set up of Countrywide’s broker dealer.
Jerome graduated from Worcester State University with a BS in Mathematics. He was Co-Chairman of the Investment Managers Association Operations committee in The United Kingdom and is a past member of Bond Market Association.
Vlad Melnik currently serves as Vice President of Global Alliances at Reltio, an award-winning SaaS company based in Silicon Valley that provides an agile, scalable, and smart Connected Customer 360 SaaS platform built on a cloud-native, big data architecture with graph technology and machine learning. A seasoned technology executive, Vlad has over 25 years of experience in technology innovation, product/portfolio strategy, software engineering and research as well as global strategic alliances and corporate development (M&A).
Previously, Vlad held several leadership positions at Splunk where he was responsible for managing strategic alliances with key cloud providers (AWS, MSFT, GCP), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs), with a strong focus on Partner GTM and enablement initiatives. In addition, Vlad led Splunk Innovation Labs and App Ecosystem development within IoT and BA market segments. Prior to Splunk, Vlad held leadership positions at Accenture/Avanade, Microsoft Corporation, Telus, Bell Canada and a number of other leading high-tech companies.
Ben Morales has been a technology leader in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He serves as the CEO of QCash Financial, LLC. and CIO for Washington State Employees Credit Union, WSECU. As CIO, his teams have delivered award-winning solutions in infrastructure, operations and customer service. In 2009, Ben was selected by his peers at the IT Executive of the Year for his approach to leadership, innovation and collaboration. In 2013, Ben was asked to commercialize an award-winning product developed by WSECU.
In 2015, that vision was realized with the launch of QCash Financial LLC. Ben and his team provide financial wellness technology solutions that enable U.S. and Canadian financial institutions to create financial capability, stability and resilience. QCash Financial was recognized in 2017 by the Financial Times journal as the Innovation of the Year.
Ben completed his undergraduate work at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and graduate work at the University of Washington—earning his MBA. He currently serves on the Board of United Way of Thurston County and resides in Olympia, WA.
